Just check the packages in your mailbox that you want them to ship (click on the little square on the upper left corner), click the "consolidate" button at the bottom, and follow the on screen instructions. Before the final confirmation there will be a page showing fee estimates of all shipping methods (note that it may change after consolidate, but unless you have something that is oversize or needs special care, the estimates are usually accurate).
