I have asked you guys to stop adding the paper cushion in box for vinyl and you guys always don’t listen! It causes the corners to bend because it too soft. All JP shop that ship vinyl directly to USA pack them correctly which is the box needs to be cut to size of vinyl so it doesn’t move! I will be using a different service and letting my social media/group know NOT to use Blackship going forward as you guys can’t pack correctly. I used buyee, tenso, Zenmarket and you guys have the worst packaging and the boxes are also torn when it arrives in the USA. Please train your packers better.

I received 3 packages at the same time, I filed out customs declaration randomly for the 3 boxes because I wanted to consolidate them, but I did see the option to consolidate. I thought it was to be on the next step but no, now the 3 packages are prepared to ship separately, so I don't understand. also it says I have 7 days left for free storage, isn't suppothat I have 45 days for free storage? My packages arrived a pair of weeks ago.

Shipping B534807, A high-value item is missing from my package. It's a One Piece TCG card. It was almost certainly stolen during packing. This is only my second shipment. What do I do now?

Shipping costs are higher than every other proxy(45% higher for one of my 5kg surface parcels). If you want to add a service fee as a charge go ahead but don't hide it under shipping cost.

My order B405179 is missing a valuable item from The Pokemon Center Japan. It is listed on the invoice from the merchant, but was not included in the package sent to me. This is only my second order with Blackship. Is this normal?
