Premium Priority Process

Lately, packages, even priority ones, take two days to ship.
If I request priority, the package is prepared the next day, and the day after that, it's picked up by Fedex.
If the problem is caused by the high volume of packages and priority requests, I would request Priority Premium if possible.
Perhaps limited to Whale or accounts with frequent shipments, even at a higher cost (instead of $2.50, I'd pay $10, four times as much), but with next-day preparation and shipping.

The fact that they extended the free storage to 90 days (and the tarrifs of the crazy one in US) is the main reason there's massive shipping delays for blackship, if you know your parcels won't be shipped fast, just don't use the priority service.
It does not serve blackship interests to take long time to ship packages, if you're not satified with filling your own custom declarations (like we all know everyone prefers use blackship instead of buy
e or fr

n) just use the other platforms, they are fast, most of them are cheaper, but you'll have to pay full taxes :-PEDIT
And still, priority processing is usefull even now, because it's been 13 days I've requested package consolidation for 9 packages without priority, as I'm not in a hurry, and I'm not crying for that, I totally understand why this take so long now.D

Corentin Trichot I don't know if your message was directed at me (the author of the post), but I've been using Blackship for over 3 years and ship once a week. I'm a Whale with 55,000 points, so I can tell you, Blackship is and remains my first choice.
I always use the priority process by default. I don't make ANY requests without it.
The only thing I've noticed lately is that, even if the package is ready at what seems like the morning, taking into account the time difference, it still ships the next day... That's all.
I'd be willing to pay more and receive the package a day earlier... That's all.
I don't feel like I'm crying, I don't feel like I'm complaining about having to fill out the declaration (I don't know where that came from).
I'm satisfied with Blackship. The feedback doesn't seem derogatory; on the contrary, it's simply a request for an even more premium, PAID service...

Dorigo Marco I've said this for everyone, like you guys just don't see where the real problem is, the fact they are flooded by parcels because they made a fair choice to extend the free storage to 90 days because of the little guy who plays darts with tariffs, now that this fair period is ending, everyone trying to ship their package in the same time, results : +15 days between the day you made the request and the effective shipping day. I'm sure this massive delay will be over on the end of april.
The fact some are crying over the services are ''going down the hill'' without the honesty to say (or even ask) ''why''.. But they could use another platform (I know there's at least one platform cheaper than blackship), but they don't. That's why I spoke about the self filling declaration, no other platform offer that service, no other platform offer to throw away invoices, let's get clear : this is a massive economy made with the tariffs and no one can deny that
And like I said before, if your priority packages are shipped in less than 5 days, I don't see any problem here as the normal shipping delay is more than 15 days, regarding they've been flooded by packages since last Xmas, for the reasons I exposed earlier, I don't see any problem

Having different levels of priority dilutes the definition of priority
Either offer a priority service that can get done 24 hours or don't offer it at all.
BS services have been going down hill

The priority becomes not priority lately :( Generally, BS services are getting worse and worse, seems like there is no one to manage higher volumes and provide quality service they promised to the customers.
