As currently are hitted with unexpected import fees upon delivery. In the EU postal carriers charge an average handling fee of €3 (or more) per product category just to process the customs clearance—on top of the actual VAT.
By integrating a pre-paid customs system (like IOSS for the EU or a DDP solution for the US), you allow us to pay duties and taxes upfront at checkout.

I fully support this request. In addition to the customs handling fees, overall shipping costs have risen lately. Due to these combined factors, the total expenses have become so high that I am currently ordering less frequently from Japan. Implementing a pre-paid customs system like IOSS or DDP would make a big difference and help keep orders affordable. Thank you for considering this!
