I dont see a problem with putting the shipping value at 0 when literally everybody else does that.

As putting the shipping fee makes the custom tax higher.

i had the shipping free removed manuelly from blackship. the support was very nice. the problem is: fedex added the shipping fee again and so i got taxed. maybe they can add a checkbox with "please remove shipping fee from invoice" and tell the delivery company to set the value of the shipping to "0". since i think its really unfair that we got taxed for shipping :(

I think there should be an option when packing to choose own value for the shipping same as with the goods

I am very much against removing it by default. Maybe as an option.
Depending on a country customs procedures, discrepancies between what's on the invoice and what you can confirm with a payment confirmation from your bank can mean delays or problems with import.
I'd prefer a complete invoice with easier customs clearing.
