Can Blackship collect the import duties before my items are shipped to the USA via DHL? When the import duties are not paid before shipping, I have to pay DHL a $17 fee to collect the duties from me during the shipping process. A $4 import duty plus the $17 collection fee becomes an additional $21 paid to DHL and an additional day of shipping time. By not collecting the USA import duties before shipping the item, we get more fees and longer shipping times.
