No Customer Service

The marketing page of this website mentions great customer service. "Online Chat anytime". Where is this customer service? I'm having an issue with a package that could be easily solve with a 5 minute conversation. Yet it's been days and still no solution. Unacceptable.

Same issue. In the past we used to have a chat option, or fill out contact us form. But now i dont have any option to email customer service. I have to scan through the Help document and finally found an email.
