Shipping costs are higher than every other proxy(45% higher for one of my 5kg surface parcels).

If you want to add a service fee as a charge go ahead but don't hide it under shipping cost.

I completely agree with this post. Even JapanRabbit that is a company from the same group has better prices for shipment options.

I personally like to use FedEx but for a 4kg package it was displaying $145+, that's definitely not normal

I raised this with support a few months ago and their reason was for having higher rates due to being newer to the business. Even with Whale status I am paying more with Blackship AND I have to pay duties after shipment. I only use Blackship if I have to ship food. Otherwise, I use my other proxy.

Adam Whong Tenso is my primary proxy. I only use Blackship because they're the only ones willing to ship snacks to the USA while Japan Post is not shipping.
