Shipping costs are higher than every other proxy(45% higher for one of my 5kg surface parcels).

If you want to add a service fee as a charge go ahead but don't hide it under shipping cost.

I raised this with support a few months ago and their reason was for having higher rates due to being newer to the business. Even with Whale status I am paying more with Blackship AND I have to pay duties after shipment. I only use Blackship if I have to ship food. Otherwise, I use my other proxy.
