The UX on your website is very well thought out and intuitive. I especially appreciated the tooltips you included wherever you thought something might be unclear, and the friendly advice throughout the process was so welcome. Other companies (I'm looking at you, MyUS!) could definitely learn a thing or two from your approach.

Most importantly, the forwarding service itself went beautifully. Everything arrived safely, and the entire process was smooth from beginning to end. Not a single issue.
