However, after receiving multiple reports from customers unable to fit this address due to character limits, we decided to remove "Orto Yokohama Business Center" from our official HelpDocs and Blackship website information.
This change does not affect package delivery, as shipping carriers can still deliver the package without this information. If you have already entered "Orto Yokohama / Oruto Yokohama" in the seller's website, you do not need to edit it. 📦
Important Notice for Large Packages
Our new warehouse does not have a big freight service elevator like our current warehouse. If you purchase a large or heavy item, please contact us in advance. We will need to arrange the preparation for international shipping and delivery through a third-party packing company, and you will be required to ship directly to them first.
If a large package that we cannot accommodate arrives, we will not be able to receive it in our warehouse.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions
What happens if I don’t ship my package that is in your current warehouse before February 15?
- We will move all packages that are currently in our warehouse to our new location.
What if I use the new address before you relocate?
- We have already coordinated with our shipping carriers to receive packages at the new location. However, they won't appear in your mailbox until February 22, as our shipping staff won’t operate there until then.
What if I have a pre-order I cannot change the address or accidentally use the old address after you relocate?
- We will forward packages from our old warehouse to the new one for free until April 22, 2025. After this date, we will continue forwarding packages for several more months through Japanese domestic carriers (Sagawa, Yamato, Japan Post); however, an address change fee will apply.
Please note that Amazon packages are not included in this forwarding service. If an Amazon package is sent to our old warehouse after April 22, it will either be returned to Amazon or left in an incorrect location by Amazon staff, which could result in the package being lost.
