Processing Your Arrived Package:
Upon your package's arrival at our facility, we'll start by measuring its dimensions and capturing a photograph of the outer box alongside other packages received within the day.
This process typically takes around one business day, so please keep in mind that this could result in a slight time gap between your package's arrival at our facility and its final placement in your mailbox. Once this process is complete, we'll promptly send you an email notification, and allowing you to make your shipping request.
Service Request Processing:
We're committed to finishing service requests (including consolidation and shipping requests) for most packages within 2-3 business days (excluding the weekend).
Express Processing Options:
Should time be of the essence for your shipping requirements, we're pleased to offer Express Processing, which for our valued "Whales" who subscribed to our Blackship Rewards Program, this service comes as a complimentary perk.
Express Processing puts your package at the front of the line, ensuring that it is consolidated and packed before other packages NOT under express processing lines. We will expedite handling your packages, with the majority of packages and requests tended to in 1 business day.
However, it's important to note that while we prioritize Express Processing requests, we cannot guarantee specific timeframes. This applies to both our esteemed "Whales" and those not enrolled in the program.
A Word of Caution:
Please be aware that our standard turnaround times are indicative and not contractually binding. While we strive to uphold this timeline, unforeseen factors like bad weather, Japanese Public holidays, temporary staffing shortages, and surges in package volume due to the busy season can lead to slight delays. We understand the importance of timeliness and will strive our best to ship out your package as soon as possible, yet due to the intricate nature of logistics and various external factors; we cannot offer compensation or discounts for any resultant delays.
