DHL Peak Surcharge Fee starting from Feb 14th

DHL announced *temporary service adjustments* and a new peak surcharge fee due to the COVID-19 pandemic and busy season starting from Feb 14th.
On average, there's an increase of 110 yen per kg depending on the country. So you might notice an increase in the shipping fee soon if you choose DHL as your shipping method.
