New year's Holiday Schedule:
We will be closed from Saturday, December 31st, 2022, to Tuesday, January 3rd, 2023.
We will resume normal operations on Wednesday, January 4th, 2023.
Shipping Courier Schedule:
Please note that the shipping couriers have specific pick-up times before the holiday (see the calendar above). Any packages prepared after these times will be shipped after the holiday.
Increasing shipping fee in 2023:
Each starting year, FedEx and DHL will increase their shipping fee by a few percentages.

Per January 1st, 2023, there's some extra packaging surcharge and an additional handling surcharge for packages weighing 31-68 kg for 3390 yen per package.
DHL's fee increases have not yet been announced, but we will update you once we have that information.
To avoid backlogs and higher shipping fees in the new year, it is recommended to ship packages now.
